I had the privilage to work and contribute at India's first and biggest Crypto Unicorn. Designs solutions for a user base of over 20 million. Crafting Web3 Wallet experience for Crypto Investors and Traders. I led the design team to launch products like Futures, Trade, Points and more.
As the design lead for the ERP & WMS, along with my founder and our teams, I was responsible for focusing on qualitative research across markets, uncovering new opportunities and an articulation of the product vision for our core products to respond to growing merchant expectations and business ambitions.
We created a strategy that focused on enhancing efficiency, prototyped and tested numerous design directions. I presented the work to senior leadership and in power user forums to drive alignment and generate excitement.
